You can book a party by visiting our website, calling us, or stopping by in person. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time.

Each package includes 2 hours of party time, access to the play area, a private party room, tables and chairs, setup and cleanup by staff, and complimentary play passes for each child guest. Please refer to our package options for more details.

Each party package includes a set number of children. You may add extra children for an additional fee, but the total number of children must stay within the maximum allowed for each room.

Yes, outside food and drinks are allowed, but must be consumed in the designated eating areas only. No food or drink is allowed in the play area.

Yes, you may bring your own decorations. However, we do not allow confetti, glitter, or anything that needs to be nailed or stapled to the walls. Balloons are welcome.

You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up.

Yes, all guests must have a signed waiver on file, regardless of whether they enter the play area. This is for everyone's safety and is required for entry to the facility. Waivers can be completed online in advance or at the front desk upon arrival.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your party with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

No, the guest limit applies to children only. Adults are welcome to attend at no additional charge, but seating is limited in the party room.

Unfortunately, we cannot extend your party time if you arrive late. Please plan to arrive on time so you can enjoy the full experience.

Yes, every party includes a dedicated party host to assist with setup, coordination, and cleanup, so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.

We recommend comfortable clothing. Grip socks are required in the play area and can be purchased on-site if needed. For safety reasons, children should not wear any sharp objects, jewelry, or accessories that may fall off or cause injury while playing.
